Welcome to Old Buckenham Players
Amateur Dramatics performed Professionally
WE ARE BACK!
Old Buckenham Players are delighted to back in action. If you missed us last year we performed the highly successful “There Goes the Bride” by Ray Cooney and John Chapman in September
We also performed our pantomime in January 2022 – Dick Whittington provided the seasonal fun and followed up with Agatha Christie’s And Then There Were None.
We are now in rehearsal for a great comedy concerning a hapless married couple caught up in Cold War espionage; Tony Domaille’s Give Us a Sign to be performed on Thursday and Friday 29th and 30th September and Saturday 1st October. Keep an eye out for posters and social media publicising the event
We are the Old Buckenham Players
We are an amateur dramatic society founded in 1978 and aim to produce at least three shows a year. A January pantomime, a full length play in May and a mixture of one-act plays or a murder mystery in September.
Although we are an amateur group we aim to be professional and of a high standard in all that we do; please come along to a show – you will be assured of a warm welcome!
If amateur dramatics is your thing then do contact us, we’d like to hear from you.
