Following on from our January pantomime, Snow White and ‘The Dwarves’ we are in rehearsal for a number of small plays and sketches for 23rd and 24th May. Details soon!

Our most recent production, a Derek Benfield comedy Beyond a Joke was in 2024.  Well received by audiences and NODA (National Operatic and Dramatic Organisation) and we have been nominated for a NODA Eastern Region award for best drama.

We are the Old Buckenham Players

We are an amateur dramatic society founded in 1978 and aim to produce at least two or three shows a year including a January pantomime, and challenging plays in May and September.

Although we are an amateur group we aim to be professional and of a high standard in all that we do; please come along to a show – you will be assured of a warm welcome!
